# The activity feed, the bell, and the daily summary

Things happen while you're mid-service: bookings, cancellations, payments, review clicks. Rezzy records all of it and interrupts you for none of it.

## The Activity feed

**Activity** in the top navigation is the studio's ledger: every booking made, cancelled, or completed, every payment and refund, every note, email, and review click, newest first, filterable by kind. When a line has a home, it links there: a booking line opens the booking, a campaign line opens its [results page](/guides/send-a-campaign), most others open the client.

Members see the day-to-day; money lines are owner-only, like everywhere in Rezzy.

## The bell

The bell in the header shows a quiet dot, never a number, when something needs you: unread notifications, open [follow-ups](/guides/keep-track-of-follow-ups), or money to collect. Click it for three tabs:

1. **Notifications**: what happened since you last looked. Each item is marked read with a deliberate click on its dot, so nothing gets swept "read" just because you opened the panel.
2. **Follow-ups**: your open tasks across all clients.
3. **Payments** (owners): completed visits with money still owed; see [Collect an unpaid balance](/guides/collect-an-unpaid-balance).

## The daily summary

One email, at 7am in your own time zone, in two parts.

**Today** is your agenda: every appointment on the books, in order, with the time, the client, the service, and who is taking it. Each one links straight to that booking. If the day is clear it says so, which is its own kind of useful at 7am.

**Yesterday** is the activity feed for the day before: bookings, money, notes, the lot. Every line links where its line on the Activity page links. On a quiet day the section simply isn't there.

The subject line carries the part you need before you open anything: "Tuesday at your studio: 4 bookings today".

Turn it on with the toggle at the top of the Activity page. For most owners this is the whole monitoring routine: read the summary with coffee, open the bell when it has a dot, and let the app hold the rest.
