# Book a standing appointment

Description: Book a regular in once — every 2, 4, or 6 weeks — and Rezzy schedules, confirms, and reminds every visit.
Updated: 2026-08-10

Your best clients come on a rhythm: a lash fill every 3 weeks, a root touch-up every 5. A standing appointment books the whole rhythm at once, so the slot is theirs before anyone else can take it.

Standing appointments are a Pro feature, and you book them from your side — clients booking through your public page book one visit at a time.

## Book the series

1. Click **Schedule** and start a booking as usual: pick the service, the day, and the first time.
2. On the details step, set **Repeats** to the client's rhythm — every week up to every 8 weeks — and how many visits.
3. Click through to **Review the schedule**. Every proposed visit is listed before anything is created. A time that's already taken is flagged with that day's open times to pick from instead, or you can skip just that visit.
4. Click **Create standing appointment**.

Every visit is a real booking: it lands on your calendar and Google Calendar, counts toward reports, and sends the usual reminder email before each visit.

## What the client receives

One confirmation email listing every visit, with a calendar file that adds them all at once. Each visit has its own manage link, so the client can move or cancel a single date without touching the rest of the series.

## Change or cancel

- **One visit**: open it and reschedule or cancel as usual — the rest of the series stays put.
- **The whole series**: open any visit and click **Cancel booking**. Because it's part of a series, Rezzy asks whether to cancel just that visit or that visit and everything after it. Cancelling the series sends the client one email listing every cancelled date, not a pile of separate ones.

## Where you'll see it

- The booking page shows **Standing appointment: visit 3 of 6** with links to the other visits.
- The client's page collapses the series to the next visit with a "standing · 5 more visits" tag, so their Upcoming list stays readable.
- The Activity feed records the series as one entry, and clients with a standing appointment naturally stay off the needs-rebooking list — they're already booked.
