# Read your reports

Description: What each number on the Reports page means, and which ones deserve action this week.

Reports answers four questions in order: how's it going, what's ahead, are clients coming back, and where's it leaking. Here's how to read each block, and what to do about it.

## How's it going?

- **Revenue**: completed visits in the period, valued at the price each was booked at. Locked at booking time, so a later price change never rewrites history.
- **Visits**: completed appointments.
- **Collected via Rezzy**: deposits and payments that actually moved through your [connected account](/guides/take-deposits-or-full-payment) in the period.

The arrows compare with the previous period of the same length. Pick a preset range or set your own dates.

*The first two blocks: how it's going, and whether the coming weeks are covered.*

## What's ahead?

Booked-ahead counts for the coming weeks: your early-warning system. A thin next-two-weeks number today is a quiet month later, and it's the cue to [work the rebooking list](/guides/rebook-lapsed-clients) or send a [campaign](/guides/send-a-campaign) now, while there's still runway.

## Are clients coming back?

Your book's health: new clients in the period, who's overdue (**Needs rebooking**), and how many clients still lack marketing consent. Retention is where boutique studios win or lose; this block is the scoreboard.

## The leaks

No-shows and late cancellations, counted and rated. If the no-show rate has a pulse, [deposits](/guides/take-deposits-or-full-payment) are the fix. When it's clean, it says so: no leaks, tight ship.

## Marketing and top clients

Emails sent and clicked across autopilot and campaigns, and your top clients by lifetime value, each linking to their page. Your top ten clients usually explain a startling share of revenue; know their names.

## The amber badge

Whenever completed visits still owe money, a "to collect" badge sits at the top of the page. That's real revenue waiting on one click; see [Collect an unpaid balance](/guides/collect-an-unpaid-balance).
