# Save and reuse email templates

Description: Turn your best campaign into a template and start the next one pre-written.
Updated: 2026-08-08

The second time you write "quiet week, here's an opening" from scratch is a waste of a good first draft. Templates keep your best emails on file.

## Save one

On any sent campaign's page, click **Save as template**. The subject and body land in your library, merge tags intact.

## Use one

1. Go to **Marketing → Emails → Templates**.
2. Your library lists every saved template; open one to tweak the wording, or start a new campaign from it, arriving pre-filled.
3. From there it's a normal [campaign](/guides/send-a-campaign): pick the audience, test, send.

## What to keep in the library

- The "we have openings this week" email, because you'll need it every quiet week.
- Your seasonal specials, one per season, refined a little each year.
- The "welcome back, here's what's new" note for win-backs.

A template is a decision you only have to make well once. Make the good version, save it, and future-you sends in two minutes what took present-you twenty.
