For estheticians
Booking software built for estheticians
Rezzy is booking software for estheticians. Clients book facials, peels, and treatment courses from your own page, with reminders before every visit and automatic review requests after. Payments run through your own Stripe or Square account, and Rezzy takes no commission on bookings.
The marketplace tax
A booking marketplace would have taken
$10,296out of your chair last year.
Based on 30 visits a week at a $132 average ticket, with a quarter of them new clients and a 20% commission on those. Change any of it and the number moves. Rezzy takes 0% of every one of them, forever.

The three things that cost you money
Treatment courses fall apart
A course of six only works if all six get booked. Set the whole rhythm once and every visit is scheduled, confirmed, and reminded.
Standing appointments →Nobody leaves a review
Rezzy asks for a Google review the day after a visit, then nudges once a week later. No gating, no incentives, just the ask at the right moment.
Automatic review asks →Consultations eat the diary
Give a consultation its own short service and its own hours, so it never blocks a full treatment slot you could have sold.
Set up your page →Your rhythm
Every 4 weeks, booked before they leave
Book the whole standing appointment once and Rezzy schedules, confirms, and reminds every visit. Anyone who drifts off the rhythm lands on your needs-rebooking list automatically.
$1,716
What one standing client is worth over a year at 13 visits. Losing three of them costs more than Rezzy does.
Straight answers
Rezzy vs a marketplace vs a plain scheduler
The five questions worth asking before you move your book anywhere.
| What matters | Rezzy | Marketplace | Plain scheduler |
|---|---|---|---|
| Commission per booking | None, ever | Up to 20% on new clients | None |
| Who holds your money | You do, in your own Stripe or Square | They do, paid out on their schedule | You do |
| Who owns the client list | You. Export it any time, on any plan | Shared, and marketed to by rivals | You, usually |
| Marketing and review requests | Included | Aimed at their marketplace | Bring your own tool |
| Free plan | Yes, no card | Yes, funded by commission | Usually a trial only |
A plain scheduler takes no commission either. The difference is that Rezzy also brings the client book, the review asks, and the rebooking, so you keep $10,296 a year and still get the marketing.
Questions we actually get
Before you switch
Can I use Rezzy for a medspa with injectables?
No. Rezzy is not HIPAA compliant and is not built for medical treatments or protected health information. It is for facials, peels, and non-medical skin services.
Can I collect intake information before a treatment?
Today the booking form takes a required note where a client describes what they are after. Full intake and consent forms are on the roadmap, deliberately scoped to non-medical screening.
How do reminders work?
Every booking gets a confirmation with a calendar invite immediately and a reminder 24 hours before the appointment. Both are on every plan, including Free.
What if I want to move to another system later?
Export your whole client book to a CSV in one click, on any plan, and delete your account yourself from settings. Nothing is locked in.
