Turn first visits into regulars. Automatically.

You're with a client, so the phone rings out and the follow-up never gets sent. Rezzy takes the booking, remembers the visit, and writes to the regular who has quietly stopped coming. The whole front desk, running while your hands are full.

Three things that change in your week, and the research behind them

$196

walks out with every no-show. Not anymore.

About 1 in 4 appointments never shows up, and today that empty hour is money you quietly absorb. Rezzy asks for the deposit when the booking is made, so the client who never arrives has already paid for your time.

5–25×

cheaper to bring a regular back than find a stranger.

The client who came every six weeks quietly stops, and you notice months later when the week looks thin. Rezzy spots the gap and writes to them while you're with someone else. You find out when they book.

1 in 3

no-shows disappear after one reminder. It sends itself.

Trials show a simple reminder erases a third of no-shows, from 1 client in 3 missing to 1 in 5. The chasing that used to sit on your evenings now happens on its own: confirmation, reminder, calendar invite, every booking.

Six jobs, one quiet system. These are real screens, not mockups.

Scheduling

Your week fills itself

The 11pm scroller books themselves into a slot that respects your buffers, your notice, and your Google Calendar. You find out in the morning.

  • Books itself while you work: every slot already knows your hours, buffers, and notice.
  • Never double-books: two-way Google Calendar sync blocks your busy times the moment you add them.
  • No voicemail triage: clients reschedule or cancel themselves, up to the cutoff you set.

Turn one-timers into regulars

You stop holding it all in your head. Every visit, note, and email files itself onto one timeline, so on visit three you remember the colour, the allergy, and the wedding.

  • One timeline per client: visits, notes, and emails, filed automatically.
  • Switching? Bring your book: import your client list from a CSV in a minute.
  • Standing appointments: book "every 4 weeks at 10" once and every visit is scheduled and reminded.
A client's page in Rezzy: upcoming visit at the top, every past visit and note filed on one timeline
Marketing

Bring them back on their own

The follow-up you meant to send on Sunday sends itself. Welcome notes, win-backs, birthdays, and review requests go out while you work.

  • Emails on autopilot: welcome, win-back, and birthday notes that send themselves.
  • Reviews after every visit: well-timed, never gated, never traded for a discount.
  • Your list stays clean: every send consent-tracked, one-click unsubscribe.

Your team

Bring the whole team

Each practitioner signs in to run their own day: calendar, bookings, and notes. Prices, services, and money stay owner-only.

  • Clients book by name: each practitioner has their own calendar and services.
  • The business side stays yours: money and prices are owner-only.
  • Your plan covers the team: five on Studio, everyone on Unlimited. No charge per person.
Rezzy's Team settings: three practitioners with their own sign-ins, bookable toggles, hours and services
Reports

See the money. Spot the drift.

You stop guessing whether last month was any good. How busy, what it's worth, who returns, who's slipping, and where money leaks, in dollars.

  • The money, at a glance: visits and revenue for any window you pick.
  • Retention you can see: who returns, who's slipping, and your top clients by value.
  • Leaks flagged early: lapsed regulars and bookings still owed.
Rezzy's Reports page: returning-client rate, revenue by service, and the practitioner leaderboard
Payments

Your time gets paid

The client who vanished still paid you, because the deposit was taken at booking. The one who slipped out unpaid gets a payment link a tap later.

  • A no-show still pays: keep the deposit, or charge the fee the client agreed to.
  • Collect the rest after: one tap emails a link for the balance, deposit already subtracted.
  • Your Stripe or Square, your money: every dollar lands in your account, Rezzy holds none.

No middleman

Marketplaces rent you your own clients. Rezzy doesn't.

It comes down to three things: who takes a cut, who holds your money, and who owns your list.

No commission

Keep every dollar

A marketplace sends you a $130 new client and keeps 20 to 30% of that first visit. On Rezzy the same client pays you $130, and so does the next one. The only thing you ever pay is the flat monthly price.

Your processor

Your money, no waiting

Most booking apps collect into their account and release on their timetable, so a busy Saturday reaches you next week. Rezzy never touches it. Payments run through your own Stripe or Square and pay out on your normal schedule.

Your list

Your clients stay yours

On a marketplace, the client searching for you meets three competing salons beside your name, and the list belongs to the platform. Rezzy never writes to your clients on its own behalf, never sells the list, and hands the whole book back the day you ask.

One flat price. Every feature free for 30 days.

We never take a cut of your bookings, and one price covers your whole team.

Fair questions

The things owners ask us before they hit sign up.

Do you take a cut of my bookings?

Never. No commissions, no per-booking fees, no marketplace between you and your clients. You pay a flat plan price, client payments run through your own Stripe or Square account, and every dollar of a $130 service is your $130.

How long does it take to go live?

Less than it used to. Paste your website address and Rezzy reads your services and prices off the page you already wrote, then hands them back as a list you check line by line; the services guide walks it through. Set your hours, share your booking link, and you're taking appointments. The 30-day trial needs no card, so you can take real bookings before paying anything. Connecting Google Calendar and your website widget takes a few minutes more.

Can I bring my clients over from Fresha, Booksy, Square, or Vagaro?

Yes, in one sitting. Export your client list as a CSV from your old system, upload it, and confirm the column mapping; names, emails, phones, and notes arrive intact, and any import can be undone for 7 days. Nobody gets emailed by an import, ever. The import guide has the click-by-click.

How do deposits work?

Per service, your call: free booking, a card on file, a deposit, or full payment up front. A card on file books the visit with no charge today; if the client late-cancels or no-shows, you choose whether to charge the fee they agreed to. Deposits and payments land directly in your own Stripe or Square account. After the visit, one tap emails the client a link for the rest of the price, with the deposit already subtracted. Paid at the desk instead? Mark the visit as paid and it stops showing as owed. No-shows stop being free, and setup takes about ten minutes.

Will it work with the website I already have?

Yes. Share your booking link anywhere, or paste one small snippet and the whole booking flow runs inside your own site, matching pages you already love.

Do you help me get Google reviews?

In one tap. Mark a visit completed, say yes, and 24 hours later the client gets a friendly ask with a one-tap link to your Google review box, plus one gentle nudge a week later if they haven't clicked. No review gating and no incentives, because that breaks Google's rules; just a consistent ask, which is the whole secret. Set it up once and asking stays a one-tap habit.

Will Rezzy email my clients without permission?

No. Marketing email (the autopilot win-backs, campaigns, birthday notes) only ever goes to clients who gave consent, and every message carries a working unsubscribe link. Appointment emails like confirmations, reminders, and the single nudge three days after a cancellation always send, because they're about the client's own booking. The consent rules are public.

What happens to my client list if I leave?

It leaves with you. Your clients are yours: export the whole book to a CSV in one click, on any plan. We never sell your list, never market to your clients, and never hold your data hostage. Cancelling your plan never deletes anything either, and if you ever want out entirely, you can delete your account yourself from settings, any time. That's a promise we've written into how the product works.

Can my AI assistant see my schedule and clients?

Yes. Rezzy speaks MCP, the open standard AI assistants use to reach tools. Connect once with your Rezzy sign-in and ask Claude about your own schedule, clients, and numbers in plain language, or have it pencil in a booking. Nothing reaches a client until you press Send confirmation, and your assistant can never email, charge, or cancel. Comes with every paid plan.

Tomorrow at 7am, the summary lands.

Four bookings ahead, $2,400 collected yesterday, two review asks sent. Rezzy keeps your front desk running while you're with clients.
