Serve your clients in Spanish
Some of your clients would rather read Spanish. Rezzy shows them your booking page, their manage link, and the emails about their appointments in Spanish, while you run the studio in whichever language you like.
One rule decides what a client sees: their own language if anyone set one, otherwise your studio default.
Set your studio default
- Go to Settings → Booking page.
- Under Client language, pick English or Español.
- Click Save settings.
Your booking page now opens in that language, and every email to a client without a language of their own uses it. A client can still switch.
Set one client’s language
If you serve both languages, set it client by client:
- A new client: in the New client form, pick a Language, then click Add client. Leave it on Studio default (English) and they follow your studio default.
- A client you already have: open their page, click Edit, change Language, and click Save client.
Once a client has a language of their own, their page shows a small Language: Español badge, so everyone on the team knows before they write.
Clients can switch on their own
| Your booking page and every manage link show **English | Español** at the top. A client taps the one they read and the page changes on the spot, without losing what they already picked. |
Their choice sticks:
- A client who switches on your booking page and books is saved with that language.
- A client who switches on their manage link updates their own language, so the next email follows it.
You never have to ask, and you can always change it on their page.
What follows the client’s language
| Follows the client’s language | Goes out as you wrote it |
|---|---|
| Your booking page, the widget, and your studio website | Your studio name, services, and descriptions |
| The manage link | Campaigns and emails you write to one client |
| Booking confirmations, reminders, changes, and cancellations | Any template you edited |
| Payment links | |
| Review requests |
Text messages stay in English for now, whatever the client’s language. Spanish texts come later.
Rezzy never translates what you typed. If a lot of your clients read Spanish, give your services names both can read, like “Corte de cabello / Haircut”, and write campaigns in the language your list reads.
Your own screens are separate
The client language never changes what you see. You pick your own: go to Settings → Profile, find Language, and choose English or Español. It changes your screens and the emails Rezzy sends you, never what your clients see. Each teammate picks their own.
Good to know
- Language names always show in their own language, so a client who reads only Spanish still finds Español.
- Changing your studio default does not touch clients who already have a language of their own.
- Your Spanish review requests still send clients to the same Google review link.
