What clients can do on their own
Rezzy’s job is to keep clients from needing you for logistics. Here is everything that happens client-side without you lifting a finger.
The emails
- Confirmation, the moment they book: service, time, your address, and their personal manage link.
- Reminder before the visit, so “I forgot” stops being a reason.
- Cancellation or update emails whenever the booking changes, from either side.
All of it sends automatically. There’s nothing to turn on.
The manage link
The confirmation email carries a private link where the client can:
- Reschedule to any open slot, with the confirmation and reminder machinery following to the new time.
- Cancel appointment, which frees the slot on your booking page immediately.
- Book a new appointment, straight back into your page.

What the client sees: their appointment, and the two buttons that save you a phone call.
Every self-serve reschedule or cancellation shows up in your Activity feed and on the client’s timeline, so nothing happens behind your back; it just happens without your front desk in the middle.
Why this matters
Every reschedule a client does themselves is a phone call that didn’t interrupt a service. And a client who can reschedule in ten seconds reschedules instead of no-showing. Pair it with deposits and the no-show problem mostly disappears.
