Ask for Google reviews automatically
The best moment to ask for a review is the day after a great visit, and that’s exactly when most studios forget. Rezzy asks for you, every time.
Set it up
- Go to Marketing → Reviews.
- Paste your Google review link. (Find it in Google Business Profile: “Ask for reviews” gives you the short link.)
- Read the two emails, tweak the wording if you like:
- The ask goes out the day after the visit.
- The nudge goes out a week after, and only if they haven’t clicked the ask.
- Flip the switch to Active. You’re done; it runs on its own from the next completed visit.

Two emails, written once, sent forever.
How it behaves
- Every client with a completed visit gets asked. No cherry-picking, no “only the happy ones”: that kind of gating is against Google’s rules and Rezzy doesn’t do it.
- The ask is feedback about their own visit, so it doesn’t wait for marketing consent. Anyone who unsubscribed is left alone, always.
- One click takes the client straight to your Google review box.
- The nudge skips anyone who already clicked, so nobody gets pestered.
- Want to ask one specific client right now? Open their page and pick Ask for a review from the Actions menu.
Why it works
Reviews are the highest-leverage marketing a local studio has: they compound, they’re free, and they rank you in Maps. The whole trick is asking consistently, and consistency is what automation is for. Expect the review count to climb within the first month of turning it on.
