Plans, billing, and referrals

Everything about your subscription lives in one place: Settings → Billing. Here’s the map.

The plans

• Free is a real plan, not a trial: the core front desk with a monthly allowance of online bookings. Right for a studio finding its feet.
• Rezzy Pro removes the booking cap and adds the money features: deposits and payments, review requests, team seats.
• Rezzy Pro Unlimited adds the marketing engine: emails on autopilot, campaigns, and templates, plus unlimited seats.

The billing page shows current prices and exactly what each plan includes; what you read there is always the live truth.

Upgrading and downgrading

Pick a plan on the billing page and Stripe handles checkout; the change is immediate. Downgrades apply cleanly too: your data is never touched, only the gated features close, and anything you built (autopilot emails, templates, team) waits intact for your return. Changes mid-cycle prorate automatically on your next invoice.

Seats

Each team member on Pro adds a seat, prorated by Stripe when you add or remove someone. Pro Unlimited includes unlimited seats.

Invoices

Payment history on the billing page lists every charge, with the full invoice a click away. Your card and billing details are managed through Stripe’s secure portal from the same page.

Give a month, get a month

Your referral link is on the billing page. When a studio you referred subscribes, you both get a free month of Pro; free months stack and apply themselves to your bill. If you know one other owner drowning in DMs, that’s your subscription handled.

One more honest note

Client-facing email never depends on your plan: confirmations, reminders, and cancellation notices always send, on every plan, because your clients’ experience shouldn’t be a pricing lever.

Delete your account

If Rezzy isn’t for you, you can leave without asking anyone. Settings → Business → Delete account removes everything: bookings, clients, notes, email history, reports. Before anything is deleted, Rezzy offers a one-click CSV export of your client book and tells you exactly what will happen — any upcoming appointments are cancelled with an email to each client, deposits are refunded, and your subscription ends immediately. Deletion is permanent; there’s no undo, so take the export. Your Stripe, Square, and Google accounts are yours and stay untouched.
