For spas and massage
Booking software built for spas and massage therapists
Rezzy is booking software for day spas and massage therapists. Clients book 60 or 90 minute treatments from your own page, prepay or leave a deposit, and get reminders before every visit. Payments run through your own Stripe or Square account, and Rezzy takes no commission on bookings.
The marketplace tax
A booking marketplace would have taken
$13,312out of your chair last year.
Based on 40 visits a week at a $128 average ticket, with a quarter of them new clients and a 20% commission on those. Change any of it and the number moves. Rezzy takes 0% of every one of them, forever.

Built for the way you work
The three things that cost you money
A lost 90 minutes hurts
One no-show on a long treatment costs more than a whole morning of quick ones. Ask for prepayment or a deposit on the treatments worth protecting.
Set up deposits →Rooms need turnover time
Give each treatment its own buffer and Rezzy holds it on every booking, so nobody is ever booked into a room that is not ready.
Set up your page →Guests forget to come back
A six-week rhythm slips to four months without a nudge. Standing appointments hold the slot, and lapsed guests land on your rebooking list.
Win them back →Your rhythm
Every 6 weeks, booked before they leave
Book the whole standing appointment once and Rezzy schedules, confirms, and reminds every visit. Anyone who drifts off the rhythm lands on your needs-rebooking list automatically.
$1,024
What one standing client is worth over a year at 8 visits. Losing three of them costs more than Rezzy does.
Straight answers
Rezzy vs a marketplace vs a plain scheduler
The five questions worth asking before you move your book anywhere.
| What matters | Rezzy | Marketplace | Plain scheduler |
|---|---|---|---|
| Commission per booking | None, ever | Up to 20% on new clients | None |
| Who holds your money | You do, in your own Stripe or Square | They do, paid out on their schedule | You do |
| Who owns the client list | You. Export it any time, on any plan | Shared, and marketed to by rivals | You, usually |
| Marketing and review requests | Included | Aimed at their marketplace | Bring your own tool |
| Free plan | Yes, no card | Yes, funded by commission | Usually a trial only |
A plain scheduler takes no commission either. The difference is that Rezzy also brings the client book, the review asks, and the rebooking, so you keep $13,312 a year and still get the marketing.
Questions we actually get
Before you switch
Can I take full payment up front for longer treatments?
Yes. Each service can ask for nothing, a deposit, or full prepayment. Money goes straight into your own Stripe or Square account, and a cancellation before your cutoff is refunded automatically.
Does it handle more than one therapist and room?
Each therapist gets their own calendar and hours, and clients book a specific therapist or anyone available. Buffers cover room turnover between treatments.
Is Rezzy HIPAA compliant?
No, and we say so plainly. Rezzy is built for relaxation massage, facials, and spa treatments, not medical care. Do not use it to store health records or any protected health information.
Can I sell gift cards?
Not yet. Gift cards are on the roadmap for this year. Today you can record what a guest has prepaid and apply it to their visits by hand.
