Rebook lapsed clients
The cheapest booking you’ll ever get is a past client who just needs a nudge. Rezzy keeps the list of who’s due, so a quiet week has an obvious fix.
The Needs rebooking view
- Go to Clients and switch the dropdown to Needs rebooking.
- Everyone listed had their last completed visit longer ago than your rebooking window and has nothing upcoming. Archived clients never appear.
That’s the whole list of money left on the table, updated continuously.

Last visit, nothing upcoming: the exact list worth a nudge.
Set your rebooking window
The window (“Lapsed after”) lives in Settings → Booking page, under your booking rules. Set it to your real service cycle: 4 weeks for nails and lashes, 6 to 8 for hair, longer for massage. The default is a sensible middle; tightening it to your cycle is what makes the list honest.
Nudge them
Three ways, from lightest to most automated:
- One client: open their page and create a booking for them while they’re on the phone, or send a one-off note.
- The whole list at once: send a campaign to the Clients due back audience, which targets exactly this group (with marketing consent).
- Forever, automatically: switch on the We miss you autopilot email and lapsed clients get their nudge without you thinking about it again.
Watch it work
Reports tracks Needs rebooking and what percentage of clients come back; see Read your reports. Studios that work this list weekly keep their calendar full from the book they already have, which is the whole Rezzy thesis: your next month is already in your client book.
