Export your client list
Your client list is yours, and that has to mean you can take it with you. One click downloads the whole book as a CSV that opens in Excel or Google Sheets and imports cleanly anywhere, Rezzy included.
Export it
- Go to Clients.
- Open the New menu and pick Export clients (CSV).
- The file downloads immediately:
rezzy-clients-2026-08-09.csv, dated for the day you exported.
That’s the whole flow. No support ticket, no waiting, no plan requirement.
What’s in the file
Every client, archived ones included, one row each:
- Name, Email, Phone, Birthday and any Tags and Notes on the profile.
- Marketing consent (yes/no), Text consent (yes/no), and the Unsubscribed on date if they opted out, so consent survives the move. How consent works.
- First visit, Last visit, and Visits: their attended-visit history at a glance.
- Added on and Archived on dates.
Good to know
- Any plan, always. Free, Pro, trialing, cancelled: the export always works. Holding your client list hostage is the lock-in Rezzy exists to end.
- It round-trips. The column headers match what Rezzy’s importer auto-maps, so an export re-imports without hand-editing, into Rezzy or most other systems.
- Owner only. Team members don’t see the export option; the whole book leaving the building is an owner’s call.
- It’s logged. Each export shows in your Activity feed with the client count, so there’s always a record of when the list was pulled.
